i would never recommend a team to join any league here. they took $50,000 in total for our league fees and keep $46,000 and some change for lineage fees and paid out $3,880 to 19 teams! Do the math not very much back, exspecialy since we have the longest league there 34 weeks. Not good Maplewood.
RecommendedEnjoyed this bowling alley but disappointed. No one told us they have league and we would be kicked off our lanes! We barely got 2 games in due to this. Wonder if they would have let us pay for 3 games and still not said anything!! Made reservations a couple weeks ahead of time for 3 lanes, someone could have told us what time we needed to be done by then too!! We would have been happy to have come earlier! The kids were told by an employee we had to be finished in 10 minutes...at least tell the adults of the group! V... read more
I couldnt believe that we arrived on a Sunday at 9pm with 8 people and 10 more enroute for us to find that upon arrival, they decided that business was not doing well and they would be closing within 30 minutes to arrival. The young man was shaking as I inquired about this, but being that Im not a local from the area, and we had a family reunion hours prior, I would have thought that 4 lanes of people that would play 3 games a piece and shoe rental would bring enough 'business' to warrant staying open.
